Job Description
In the role of Customer Success Manager, you are our relationship manager 2.0! This means that you are often on the move to ensure that we only have super enthusiastic customers. We have both large end customers and resellers and rental companies using our products. You turn these customers into fans who are super satisfied and remain so, resulting in these major accounts further implementing our solutions within the organization. You know exactly how upselling works and align with the business plans and directors of the companies you deal with.
Your tasks:
- You are in close contact with customers to ensure the improvement of the use of our products\
- You give demos and presentations to stimulate acceptance and use of our products
- You support resellers and rental companies in their annual plans and marketing strategy regarding our product range
- You ensure a smooth onboarding of new customers
- You monitor the wishes and needs of the customer and ensure that this is communicated to the organization
- You identify additional opportunities to stimulate upsells, cross-sells and collaborate with sales to achieve revenue goals
- You are the first point of contact for your contacts, making them happy
Your Profile
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with at least 10 years of experience in account management and demonstrable experience as a Customer Success Manager. You exude positive energy and have an affinity for both sustainability and technology. You must be able to convincingly explain the benefits of our technical energy solutions. Moreover, you enjoy working in a dynamic environment with a flexible task package.
Furthermore:
- You preferably have 10 years of experience in a similar role
- You possess a significant amount of ambition and persuasiveness
- You are proficient in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- You have knowledge of and affinity with the construction/infrasector and/or the film and events sector (prerequisite)
- You possess a valid driver’s license (B)
