Job Description
In the role of Account Manager Resel, you act as the link between clients and your employer. You maintain relationships with clients by regularly having phone conversations and occasionally meeting for a cup of coffee and a good conversation. You may also take your contact person out for dinner or invite them to attend an event.
As an Account Manager Resel, you sell to intermediaries, not end-users, such as resellers and renters. With your considerable experience, you understand the difference this makes in how you close deals!
Business development tasks:
- Contribute to business development tasks
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions about challenges and come up with creative solutions
- Sales and Marketing at Wattsun work closely together, so you regularly join meetings and collaborate with Marketing on the best content strategy
Account management tasks:
- Follow up on leads
- Conduct sales conversations alongside the account manager
- Improve and adapt your pitch to the customer
- Administrative tasks such as meeting reports
- Planning
- Visit trade fairs and clients throughout the Netherlands
Your Profile
We are young, ambitious, and eager to learn, so you are too! You are entrepreneurial, willing to take initiative, and participate in discussions. You are a team player who is also independent and takes action. Furthermore, we have a few requirements for these internship positions:
- You are an HBO student in the field of account management, commercial economics, business economics, international business & languages, or a similar field
- You are looking for an internship or graduation internship
- You have a valid driver’s license B (preferred)
- You possess a considerable amount of ambition
- You are proficient in Dutch, both spoken and written (English or another language is a plus)
- You have an affinity for sustainability or technology (preferred)
